our partner: Lorenz Huber

Already in his childhood he devoted himself passionately to music. But already in 2001, at the end of his conducting studies, he started to develop the training method Conducting for Leaders, which he still implements today with his project Leadership Orchestra. This laid the foundation for his current consulting work.

With his first customer project, he received an invitation from an insurance company to complete a trainer training course. At the same time, he continued his education in business administration, leadership theory, conflict management and ethics. He took on teaching assignments in management and leadership and was a music school director for six years.

Lorenz Huber then headed the training department of a Viennese management consultancy. During this time he developed and trained leadership development programs with a focus on real business simulation, strategy development, negotiation and presentation. He obtained the Master of Arts “Professional Teaching and Training” with a master thesis on evaluation methods for leadership programs with a focus on personality development.
